cobb group

Viola Cobb Elementary students and staff collected hundreds of canned goods and non-perishable food items as part of the North Shore Rotary Club’s Souper Bowl of Caring Food Drive. The items were donated to Mary’s Kitchen, located on the campus of St. Andrew Catholic Church. Celebrating the presentation of the items were student representatives from Xave Lewis’ fifth grade class, Rudy Espinoza, executive director of Mary’s Kitchen, local Rotarian Don Nichols; Cobb librarian Candi Boehme, Cobb assistant principal William Chalfant and Greg Ollis, Channelview ISD superintendent and North Shore Rotary member.
