Welcome Parents and Guardians,

My name is Mrs. Martinez, and I am thrilled to be your child's College & Career Readiness teacher this year. I graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. I have always had a passion for working with numbers. However, my true calling has always been teaching, and I am excited to share this passion with your child.

In my class, students will develop essential life skills, explore a variety of college options, and receive guidance on selecting their high school CTE (Career and Technical Education) endorsements. Additionally, we'll work together to create their academic schedule, ensuring they are on the right path to success.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family. I'm also a proud baseball mom and cheer mom, always cheering on my kids in their activities.
