Purchasing
The Channelview ISD Purchasing Office is responsible for the organization and administration of procurement/purchasing for the District in accordance with the authority delegated by the Superintendent and the Board of Trustees. Channelview ISD will begin utilizing an electronic bidding system that includes an electronic process for vendor registration and electronic bidding.

The Vendor Registration process is available on the District's electronic bidding website at the following link: https://cvisd.ionwave.net
Vendors are responsible for maintaining their information on the District's electronic bidding system.
All vendors, even if they are currently awarded or registered will need to go to the link and register on the Channelview ISD electronic bidding system.
Notification and Online Bidding
Registered vendors will automatically receive all bidding notifications when a solicitations are available for the commodity selected during the vendor registration process. Registered vendors will be able to access and submit responses through the electronic bidding system. No paper bid submissions will be accepted.
