Celebrating School Board Recognition Month! 🌟

Mr. Ybarra is a 1992 graduate of C.E. King High School and later moved to Channelview in 2003. He began his welding career at Right Machine, which is now Innovex, and is in his 29th year of employment. He is married to Gabby and they have five children and five grandchildren. Mr. Ybarra enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycle, and hanging out with his grandchildren. He is an active member of the Texas EquuSearch Search and Recovery organization and on two different occasions, he received the Channelview Outstanding Citizen Award.

Mr. Cedillo was elected to Position 7 in November 2022 for a four-year term which expires in November 2026. He is a business owner in the financial industry. Mr. Cedillo currently serves as the Board Vice President.

Mr. Granados serves in Position 4. He was first elected in November 2022 to a four-year position which expires November 2026. He is a business owner in the housing industry. Mr. Granados currently serves as the Board Secretary.

Mr. Dennis was elected to Position 5 in November 2022 and is serving a four-year term which expires in November 2026. Mr. Dennis previously served on the CISD School Board from 1995-2020. He is a retired educator.

🌟 Celebrating School Board Recognition Month! 🌟

Lynette Breedlove, was elected to Position 6 in November 2022 to a four-year term, which expires in November 2026. She began working at the age of 14 at a then brand new Dairy Queen in Jacinto City. Lynette is a 1977 graduate of Furr High School and moved to Channelview in 1988 with her husband Danny. They raised six children in Channelview and now have 13 grandchildren. Lynette worked for Channelview ISD for 27 years, mostly as the Financial Secretary at Channelview High School before retiring in June 2022. She enjoys camping, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.
